The Lemon Tree is two-story, three-bedroom deluxe villa, offering all the rich details of a private home. The first floor bedroom features a super-king sized bed and En-suite. Bedroom opens onto a generous private furnished terrace with sweeping views. An elegant master suite located to the ground floor features a super king size bed with en-suite and dressing area. Bedroom three consisting of two single beds, with adjacent bathroom. All bathrooms contain large walk-in showers, with multi-way power shower. Large family living room / dining room area with 75” Cinema sound television. Newly installed fitted kitchen with integrated filtered fresh drinking water, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, Private heated swimming pool with sun beds, patio chairs and dining furniture. Outside kitchen with gas BBQ and large fridge. Electric entrance gates to a private two car driveway. All beding, bathroom and pool towels provide. Air conditioning to the living room and all bedrooms. Complimentary welcome hamper. Meet and greet upon arrival. Five minutes drive from the large well stocked supermarket, bars, restaurants and petrol station. Twenty minutes by car to the local port / beach, bars and numerous restaurants.

Camposol is a large urbanisation with 4 sectors.. The villa is located on lower C near to the Golf course and club house. The main shops and bars are located on B Sector , 5 minutes by car. There are further bars and small shops located on A Sector.There are a vast array of beaches within a 20 minutes drive. The coastline is extensive with boat hire and jet ski hire available. The Puerto de Mazarron has a good selection of bars and restaurants alongside the marina, and is bustling in the summer months. Murcia City and Cartegna are worth visiting, with beautiful architecture, musuems and shops, by Car a 40 min drive away. For those who like nature the Espuna with its forest, trails and outdoor activities is only 30 minutes away.
