Luxury sea view apartment with private pool in a brand new building. The apartment emphasises designed interiors paired with the greatest quality standards. Easy indoor-outdoor living with a large terrace overlooking a stunning view. The views, towards the Atlantic Ocean, Los Gigantes Cliff and La Gomera island, are simply breathtaking. This apartment has a large terrace with covered and non covered area which includes a private pool; all of it with fantastic views. It has 2 double bedrooms; a very spacious living room attached to a fully equipped kitchen which has Neff appliances . The living room and all the rooms have AC. There is a laundry room that includes washing machine and dryer. The apartment has 2 kind of coffe machine: american and nespresso. This beautiful modern apartment has two bedrooms spread across one level. Both bedrooms have it own access to the terrace and on-suite bathroom. There are smart tvs in the apartment The community offers an 18 meters pool which is also heated, sunbathing area, reception where you can ask any further information, communal sitting area, covered garage in the building and free wifi in the communal area.
