The family house, built by Vicente and Javier´s grandfather in 1925 has carefully been renovated. The preservation and integration of authentic elements of the house, with a modern touch in the inside, was our highest priority throughout all the renovation works. Our property is the ideal place to stay in Valencia. Away from the noise of the city, but as close as a 5min by metro to the historic centre of Valencia, Bioparc, Les Arts, Port of Valencia and the famous Cabeceras park that you can reach in a short time by bike or any transport you want. There is no reception, but someone of our team will be every day from 10:00 to 14:00 to attend any requirement you have, and we´ll be happy to help you. We are a self-check in and check-out stay, however, it is an unavoidable requirement that you identify yourself to meet the requirements to entry to the property.
