Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.

Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays.

The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sing a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respect in all its clauses the conditions of your Booking reservation.

Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.

Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.

ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。

ゲストは賃貸借契約書を受け取り、到着前に署名したうえで宿泊施設に提出する必要があります。契約書が規定の時間内にゲストの手元に届かなかった場合、ゲストは予約確認書に記載されている電話番号にて宿泊施設管理会社までお問い合わせいただく必要があります。

18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。

到着時に、€ 300の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後14日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
