With parking space. The house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with sofas, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining area, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen has access to the outdoor terrace equipped with a table for 6 people. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one double with an exterior balcony and two singles with ceiling fans, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The charming little house has a very good location and has a parking space. It is 50m from the large beach of Palamós in a very quiet street parallel to the promenade. It is ideal for stays with children. In the surroundings you can go hiking.
