This townhouse is a unique gem, offering magnificent, bright, and well-furnished living and dining spaces. It has a new reversible air conditioning system, free Wi-Fi, a TV with 100+ channels in multiple languages, a peaceful terrace with a private garden, and direct access to a private enclosed swimming pool. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a lovely terrace, and a view over the swimming pool and Roda Golf. The Second bedroom has two single beds with a small balcony. There are two bathrooms. 1st floor with bathtub and second bathroom on ground floor refurbished with brand new shower unit—all in ivory-colored marble. The fully fitted kitchen has a new dishwasher, freezer, washing and dryer machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle etc. A free-of-charge private and gated underground parking area allows direct access to Casa Verano. The resort is guarded with 24-hour surveillance and inspection, providing a sense of safety and security.
Casa Verano is a short walking distance from Roda Golf's 18-hole golf course, considered one of the region's best. This gives you access to its facilities: imagine dining in the excellent restaurants, socialising in the clubhouse, playing on the tennis courts, practising your putt in the putting area, exploring the well-equipped pro shop, and unwinding in the fitness center.
Casa Verano is a 5-minute drive from the beach of Los Narejos, with many restaurants, sailing clubs, and boat rentals. You are 15 km from Puerto San Pedro, driving through a protected natural reserve with Flamingos and a vast bird resort. You are only 20 minutes from beautiful Cartagena, a historic city that must be explored. Playa de Calblanque and Cabo de Palos, 30 minutes by car, give you access to one of Europe's most desirable scuba diving areas. Torrevieja is also worth visiting, and it is renowned for its beaches and social life. Nearby shopping centers are less than 500 meters away, like Mercadona (excellent fish selection) and many other supermarkets at your disposal. Alicante Airport is only a one-hour drive, and Murcia Airport (RMU) is 30 minutes away. Both have car rentals or bus connections to Los Alcazares, which is 1 km from Roda Golf. You will find over 25 golf courses within a 10 to 30-minute drive.
