* ABOUT * Originally built in 1920, this house has been recently renovated to offer modern amenities while still retaining its original charm. As you enter the house, you'll immediately notice the attention to detail and the quality of the renovation work. * LOUNGE * The spacious lounge area is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. It has a large 4 seater sofa and a smaller 2 seater sofa, so you can all be comfortable. The lounge has a large TV and includes both Spanish TV and UK channels. From here, a hallway leads to two comfortable bedrooms: * BEDROOM 1 * The first bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. * BEDROOM 2 * The second bedroom has twin single beds and is close to the main bathroom (shower- room). * BEDROOM 3 * The third bedroom, which has a king-size bed, is located outside by the terrace, providing added privacy and seclusion from the rest of the house. This has an en-suite shower-room. Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind and has ample storage space for your belongings. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. * KITCHEN * The fully equipped kitchen is located after the 2 bedrooms in the main house and comes complete with a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll find everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, including pots, pans, and utensils. There is also a large dining table with seating for 6 people. * OUTSIDE * From the kitchen, you can step out onto a lovely terrace that's ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a bbq and glass of wine in the evening and where you can enjoy the beautiful Murcian weather all year round. * LOCATION * Ideally situated, it's just 30-40 minutes to most of the attractions in the region including cities and beaches. It is also close to the Via Verde which is perfect for walkers and cyclists.

The property is in a very small Plaza and looks out onto the countryside and mountains. Los Canovas is a traditional small Spanish village with a bar which serves lunches and tapas, 2 small grocery stores where you can get everyday essentials and another shop which sells a variety of items including clothes and accessories. There are several play parks for children to enjoy and plenty of opportunities to go walking. Everywhere in Los Canovas is easily walkable. To get further afield, a car is pretty much essential, although there is a bus stop in the village. The local town of Fuente Alamo is a 15 minute drive and has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a swimming pool and a weekly market every Saturday morning. There is plenty of free on street parking at the property.
