Can Mariano is located in the hills, 7 minutes' drive from the centre of Ibiza Town. This stylish villa has a spacious garden with an outdoor pool, views over the city and a terrace with a barbecue and long dining table. The villa has 6 bedrooms and a lounge area with sofas, a fireplace and flat-screen TV. There is a dining room, also with a fireplace, and the kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The house has a games room where you can play billiards, table football and arcade games. There are also bikes on site which you can use for free. Free Wi-Fi is also available. A free cleaning service for the villa is available from June to September. There are supermarkets located 1000 metres away. Playa d'en Bossa and Playa de Salinas are under 10 minutes' drive from the villa. You can drive to Ibiza Airport in 7 minutes.

The house has 600 m2 of built area. It is located on a 20,000 m2 farm that is fully fenced, with many trees and a large garden area with grass, palm trees, bougainvillea and flower plants. It has a swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing. It has views over Formentera, Playa den Bossa and Las Salinas Natural Park to the south and over the mountains to the north. It has 6 double rooms. There are 5 bathrooms, 1 of them with a bathtub and the others with a shower. Large living room furnished with two areas. Two covered porches (terraces) with terrace furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, wine fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob with ceramic hob, microwave oven, toaster, blender, table and chairs for 12 people. Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside barbecue. There are 40" smart TVs with internet conection in all rooms, stereo with bluetooth connection, home cinema, computer, toys for children, etc. There is a games room with billiards, table football, arcade machines with more than 600 classic video games, pinballs, dart board, casino roulette, poker table ...
40-year-old native Ibizan. My father, a well-known businessman on the island, renovated a family farmhouse that had been in the family for more than two centuries and turned it into a beautiful rental villa, to make his tenants fall in love with the island. Married, with 2 children, I follow his legacy and try to make the guests as happy as he got. I like to travel, cinema, tv shows and music.
The neighborhood is named after the vila of Can Mariano, near San Jordi. It is a very peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood, but just a few minutes from the dowstown and the best beaches (Playa d'en Bossa, Salinas, Es Cavallet, Cala Jondal ...) and clubs of the island (Ushuaia, Space, Pacha, Blue Marlin, Amnesia, Privilege ...)
