NEW & IMPORTANT !!! Starting August 1st 2023, we are excited to announce a new eco-responsible policy for all our properties. In our commitment to sustainability, we have decided that our AC units will now operate exclusively from sunset to sunrise (during daylight hours regular ventilators are available). 

This measure aligns with our other environmentally conscious initiatives, such as utilising 100% renewable energy sources, implementing gray and black water recycling, adopting solar water heating, using energy-efficient A++ appliances, as well as collecting rainwater.
 We firmly believe that these actions will significantly reduce our carbon footprint and indirectly contribute to your well-being. 

 The decision to limit AC usage during specific hours comes from our concern about unnecessary energy waste. We've noticed that some guests tend to leave the AC units on while leaving doors and windows open and/or not being on the premises, which not only wastes energy but also exacerbates the effects of global warming, posing serious threats to humanity.
 By making this change, we hope to create a positive impact and foster a sustainable environment for everyone.
