This spacious villa is located on a hill close to Ibiza town and offers the most spectacular surround views from the Old Town to the Salinas and Cap Des Falco. Its ideal location makes it the villa of choice for small groups of couples or families - you are at a mere 5 - 10 min. from all the hot spots on the island, yet in an incredible, tranquil and natural place. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso, Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Dining room with fireplace and table for 6 people that gives access to an outside dining room and the terrace of the pool area. Bathroom with bathtub. Very spacious living room with satellite TV. Double bedroom with 150x190 bed with bathroom with shower en suite. 1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190 with sea and tv views. Bedroom with 160x2 bed and little terrace. Bathroom with bathtub Bedroom with 180x2 bed with terrace and views and bathroom with shower en suite bath Porch with table for 8 people Covered chillout area. Sunbeds for 6 people and sofas. Pool 10x5. Alarm. Wifi. Air conditioning in bedrooms. EVEN THOUGH THERE IS FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 60 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY 50% UPFRONT TO SECURE THE BOOKING.
