A damage deposit of € 150 will be requested on arrival. It will be paid by credit card. It will be returned 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been checked.

Bookings of more than 2 units are subject to special conditions that do not correspond to the general conditions for individual bookings. These bookings will require advance check-in and payment of the reservation.

Due to the unbeatable central and strategic location of our accommodation, some flats may be susceptible to external noise from outside our company, such as passers-by, street cleaning equipment. We appreciate your understanding and regret that we are unable to offer compensation for these inconveniences. Payment for bookings, at the property, will be split into a maximum of 2 amounts, one in cash and one by credit card.
