Family apartment with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Air conditioning in all rooms and central heating. Swimming pool in the summer months. 24-hour security. Well connected to the centre by bus and train/metro. 600m from Faunia.
Hi, I'm Paloma, currently living in Ireland for a while, and that's why I've decided to rent out my apartment. I come to visit every few months, so, although everything is automated, I can personally check the state of the house every time I come. If at that time, any repairs or improvements need to be made, I will do so, as I want you to feel at home when you stay here.
Direct public transport to the center of Madrid. Buses: 4, 71, E3. Night route N7. Train: Vicálvaro Station, Routes C2, C7, C8. Subway: Line 9. Nearby stations: San Cipriano, Puerta de Arganda. Free parking on the street.
