Going up to the next floor you will find the second floor where the bedroom and living room are equally as spacious and also enjoy great natural light. This unique venue has a style all its own with its Moorish latticework arch, original wooden beams and subtle Moroccan details. Both apartments have been recently renovated. The fixtures and furnishings are new, along with a new electric heater that provides fantastic water pressure to the shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven and hob and the essentials for cooking. They contain a washing machine and a drying rack for your convenience. Iron, ironing board, dryer, etc.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, dead end pedestrian street at the foot of the Albaicin. We are located a few minutes from the famous Arco Elvira, Gran Vía and a 20-minute walk from the Cathedral. The street is connected to a main road, which allows great access by taxi so you do not have to carry your luggage through the narrow streets of the city. It is accessed by a cobbled street, 20 meters from a main street. The entrance of the house has a main door, shared with other guests and with ourselves. Access to both apartments is through the main door of the house. Once inside, each apartment has its own independent entrance, the first is on the ground floor and the second up a staircase.
