Imagine waking up on a houseboat in the middle of Cairo, graced with the gorgeous view of the great Nile river. This two stories houseboat offers you a unique and authentic Egyptian experience. Houseboat65 is a stationary floating house situated on the Nile River and in front of Zamalek island and close to Cairo’s must-see attractions. The place is built entirely out of wood with an architectural style from the 1920s and it is suited for both business and leisure travellers. Please note that there will not be any other guests allowed on the houseboat than the ones mentioned in your actual reservation. It's a place that needs a lot of care, not suited for parties, no invitations, no smoking inside and no BBQ or shisha.

• You can easily embark on a city tour and explore Cairo’s city center. A 10-minute drive will get you to Downtown Cairo, Tahrir Square, and The Egyptian Museum. Explore this area with its Italian, French and British architecture, Greek restaurants and Egyptian cafés. • On a lazy day, just cross the bridge to get to Zamalek island. It is a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away from Home. It is a posh neighborhood where most of the embassies, nice villas, cafés, and restaurants are located.
