Spellbound in Siwa Oasis, Egypt: Couples only: Ideal for a romantic desert get-away. Tranquil private double room with stunning views and en-suite bathrooms, hidden in a one-acre palm grove farm with a spring-water swimming pool and outdoor kitchennette, and close to many attractions. During winter chilly evenings, go for a dip at the famous local hot spring, then come home and stay warm and snug by the beautiful fireplace. The bed has a high-quality, king-size mattress for a comfortable, peaceful sleep. All wooden furniture is bespoke, locally made and finished with eco-friendly, non-VOC varnish: wooden floor, king-size wooden bed base, spacious wooden wardrobe, and laptop-friendly wooden table with two wooden chairs, an ideal workspace for those who like to combine work with pleasure. In order to keep the room airy and fresh, there are mosquito nets on all windows and at the door, and around over the bed. However there is an electric fan for hot days if needed. During the winter months, the fireplace does quite a good job. Spellbound in Siwa Oasis is off grid. Hence, the whole house is powered by solar panels with battery storage, thus avoiding the many powercuts in Siwa and the rest of Egypt.
