Your accommodation is located in a quiet area in the centre of Hurghada-Al Ahyaa, where you can reach everything you need for your stay on foot (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, bus stations, etc.). Don't be surprised if you don't just meet locals here, as many foreigners from all over the world also live in Hurghada-Al Ahyaa permanently. The district is also favoured by many water sports enthusiasts. This is mainly due to the many extensive sandbanks in combination with shallow, crystal-clear water. Kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming are a MUST here. And believe us, once you are out at sea, you will be overwhelmed by the countless and unique shades of blue that the sea displays here. When you visit Egypt for the first time, in addition to the hospitality of the Egyptians and the fascinating beauty of the country, you should also be prepared for the following things: People living in poverty, lots of street dogs and cats, an unusual-looking architecture, many unfinished buildings, ancient cars, unregulated, noisy traffic, often lots of rubbish.
