We would like to inform you about our village’s prime location in Sidi Abdel Rahman at kilometer 124, next to "Hacienda Bay" and "Zahra." The "Bianca 14" chalet is one of the newly constructed buildings, delivered this year. The chalet is located on the fourth floor, and we would like to inform you that there is no elevator currently in operation, so you will need to use the stairs to reach the chalet. The chalet boasts a beautiful design consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped American-style kitchen. - The first bedroom has a 180 cm bed and a balcony with a distant sea view. - The second bedroom has three beds, each 120 cm wide, with a window that offers a distant sea view. - The living room includes a dining table with six chairs, a coffee table with four seats, and a sofa bed. - The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a washing machine, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. We would also like to inform you of the village's rules, as it is a family-oriented community, renting is only allowed for families. Hosting groups of only girls, only boys, or mixed groups is not permitted. As the chalet consists of two bedrooms, the maximum allowed occupancy is five adults and two children. Please note that there are additional fees payable upon arrival at the village: - 30 EGP for a tenant wristband. - 500 EGP for accommodation fees. - 3000 EGP as a refundable security deposit after the rental period ends. Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest.
