⁠Please adhere to the fair usage policy for all apartment amenities, including electricity, water and internet. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use and use water and internet in moderation to avoid waste.

Kindly note that abiding by the above-stated house-rules is mandatory.

All requests for check-in or check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested before arrival.

Please inform First Row Spacious Seaview Apartment of your expected arrival and check-out times in advance.

Please note that Egyptian guests aged 16 or older will have to show a copy of a valid ID and a passport. Guests under 16 must provide a copy of their birth certificate.

For non-Egyptian guests, including children, a copy of a passport is required.

For Arabs, guests are responsible for providing proof of marriage. Any unofficial document cannot be accepted as per the Egyptian Law.

Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.

Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed for an additional charge per pet per night.

Hindi pinapayagan ng property na 'to ang bachelor at bachelorette parties at kahit anong katulad nito.

Puwede lang mag-check in ang mga guest na wala pang 18 taong gulang kapag may kasamang magulang o official guardian.

Sakaling may masira ka sa accommodation sa panahon ng stay mo, puwede kang pagbayarin nang hanggang US$100 pagkatapos ng check-out, ayon sa Damage Policy ng accommodation na ito.
