Close to Alfa market (the best supermarket), restaurants, pizza, coffee shops, pharmacies, Banks & ATM. fresh fruits n vegetable market and Mobile service shops and all kind of Stores. I also live next door and happy to help in anything you might need Your Studio apartment is on the back side of the building where you don't hear the street noise and yet you'll be at the center of everything you might need. you'll enjoy the cool n fresh air! It's better (& cheaper) than any hotel where you can receive your guests with no questions asked - But you need to being quiet, i.e no parties. The electricity consumption of using the air-conditioning cost extra, to be paid in advance (especially in Summer Seasons of excessive usage) also, the other extra cost could be if/when there's an extra person than what the apartment was booked initially. The beauty of this place is that you'll enjoy being in a calm and safe neighborhood, and unlike most parts of Cairo ; you'll not feel like a stranger and you'll not be treated as a tourist. * I was enlightened by this Fact from feed back I've received from several of my foreign friends; whom they had stayed in different parts of Cairo and they told me they noticed a huge difference - in how they felt easy walking and dealing with the local stores in this neighborhood and enjoyed not being noticed or treated like tourists. All kind of shops are within few steps around this neighborhood - a short walk around and you can get all what you need. It's also the Safest area in all over the city - as well as the beauty of everybody is minding their own business.
