Janat Elsahara Hotel is a charming independent hotel with an outdoor swimming pool, garden, patio, roof terraces, meeting/yoga space, and a restaurant serving fresh, locally sourced produce. There is a pretty garden in the central courtyard filled with bright bougainvillea, oleander, jasmine, and palm trees, and views of the Theban mountains. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the garden restaurant, and include vegetarian options. Specific dietary requirements can be catered for upon request, e.g. vegan, gluten-free. GUEST SUITES : The hotel has 10 guest suites, each with its own separate little sitting room equipped with sofa, fridge, kettle, and complimentary beverage tray. All have air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom with shower, and some have both bath & shower. LOCATION : Located away from the hustle on the beautiful west bank of Luxor, all the ancient sites are on the doorstep and within 5 to 10 mins by car. - 4 km from Hatshepsut’s Temple, also known as Deir El Bahri - 5.4 km from the Valley of the Kings UNESCO World Heritage Site - 4.8 km from Medinet Habu Temple - 6.1 km from the Colossi of Memnon Taxi transfers to and from Luxor International Airport and Luxor Train Station can be arranged upon request. Update: the hotel will be just a 15 min transfer from the airport via the newly built road bridge scheduled to open in September 2023, which crosses the Nile between Karnak (east bank) and Al Qurna (west bank), where the hotel is located GUEST SERVICES : We can arrange transport, tours, guides, excursions, bike hire, boat trips and various other experiences. Information can be provided on request in advance of arrival.
