Welcome to our beautiful home, just fully renovated and refurbished to host you. You will be staying in a peaceful compound ideally located within walking distance to Abu Tig Marina and Downtown. The home boasts 3 large bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms and benefits from the serene garden and very large shared pool with 2 private chaises longues by the pool. On the ground floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area for 6 persons, a beautiful leaving room and the terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, a guest toilet and the first bedroom featuring 2 large single beds and its own bathroom. On the first floor two beautiful bedrooms both with queen beds, one bathroom and peaceful balcony. Extra optional services upon request : - Transfer from/to the airport - Catering - Boat rental IMPORTANT NOTICE (please read before booking). Like all properties located inside El Gouna you need a QR code to access the town and your compound. This is why I will ask you to send as soon as your booking is confirmed the photo of the ID front and back or passports (for foreigners) of all guests. It is very important to send the IDs or passports of all guests as the QR codes are individual and cannot be shared. Once the permit is issued it is hard to add extra guests so please make sure to send all of them even if some guests are not 100% sure to join. I need to received the IDs / passports at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure I receive the QR codes on time. We cannot guarantee the access 100% as the finale decision is in the hands of Orascom Management.
