Lovely cottage in Rakvere with big garden. Situated within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the town centre. This cozy cottage was built in 1925 and was refurbished in 2016. The two bedrooms, living and dining area, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with loo and shower, spacious hallway are all exclusively for your use. You can also enjoy your meals on the patio or in the garden. The garden provides wide range of activities for both adults and children. There is a sand pit with roof, so the children can enjoy playing outside even when it's raining. The gates of the garden can be closed and locked, so you can feel at ease when your children or pets play in the garden. It is also possible to camp out in the garden if you have a tent with you. You could also consider that option if there are more people to accommodate. 4 adults can sleep comfortably in beds in the two bedrooms. It is possible to also use the living room sofa if this extra sleeping arrangement is needed. There is a crib in the bedroom downstairs for a younger child (0-3 years). In addition there are two floor mattresses for children if needed. These come with bedding suitable for children up to 7 years.

This place is great for you if you would like to experience the town more like a local or if you are a family with children or pets. Walking to the centre of town allows you to experience many different parts of the town providing a more wholesome picture of Rakvere. Being very close to the green areas of Rakvere like Palermo and Tammiku makes it easy to explore these woods on foot or by bike. If you have cross-country skis with you, then Palermo Terviserajad (Palermo Health Trails) is the place to go. It only takes a couple of minutes to get there from the cottage where you can enjoy cross country skiing on 2-3 km lighted trail. There is also a hill for sledging at the J. Kunderi street side of the woods, where children could enjoy their time outdoors during winter. We have couple of sledges in the shed which you are welcome to use.
