Our company has been welcoming quests since 2014 with the name Matrix Garden Apartments. New apartments operating with the name Wilken Apartments 2024 add big value for our guests as historical and artistic pearls. We are proud to offer for our guests unique experience which is hardly found.

Matrix Garden Apartments are situated in a protected Kassisaba area. Houses where apartments are were built in 1893 and 1903. Red house is 99% renewed keeping the original architecture, era's colours and property's structure. Bright studios are with private entrance and equipped with modern ventilation, roller blind curtains and walk-in showers. During the renewal of the house the old wallpapers and logs were collected with purpose to share those findings with our guests. You can find 19th century's logs in the interior as sustainable raw material for kitchenette and bathroom and wallpapers standing in almost at the same place but 130 years later. Green house has one apartment with a view to our beautiful garden and the other - view to inner courtyard. Apartments are welcoming our guests with art works of local artists (paintings, patchwork blankets) and a mini library and furnished garden invites registered guests to enjoy the miraculous world of flowers and plants.

Houses with Matrix Garden Apartments are situated in quiet residential area, still very close to Old Town (15 minutes walk). Roopa Street is short dead end street and Matrix Garden Apartments are in the quiet part of the street. The area is protected as an area of cultural and historic value. Area has wooden houses built in the end of 19th century, most of them in the beginning of 20th century. Original houses from the 1920-s and 1930-s have also point of interest as middle class houses which were built during Estonian first independence period. Nearby parks like Hirve Park (next to Danish Embassy) and Falgi Park (next to English Embassy) lead You to Old town.
