Our goal is to preserve an old traditional Estonian wooden building. We often have artists, musicians, writers, actors as guests - people, who love our concept and understand restoration philosophy. I hope, that guests appreciate our goal and mission

Property information

Hotel Marta 8 awaits guests, who appreciate authentic, cosy atmosphere, close to Old Town of Tallinn. Traditional wooden house in a quiet residential area, birds & roses & apple trees in the garden. Private and cozy environment. We use traditional and healthy materials, while renovating or decorating the rooms: for us is authentic feeling important and also to avoid synthetic isolation, panels etc. The idea is not to over-renovate the house, but to share the Real feeling and coziness!

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is a quiet living area, 2,5km from Old Town Tallinn! You arrive very conveniently and quickly here with public transport: 3 stops from Old Town. There are many cafes in close distance, convinient stores and also there is a 24h open petrol station with a food store there, only 2 min away. In our garden it is very nice and quiet, peaceful to have a nice afternoon or evening after a long stroll in the city.
