Majutus asub Tartu kesklinnas ja ajaloolise Toomemäe pargi kõrval. Lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusele jääb kesklinn, Kassiorg, lauluväljak, Tartu Ülikool, botaanikaaed ja palju muid Tartu ajaloolisi mälestusmärke.
