The house has 2 adorable nests for sleeping: Bedroom #1 - 1 double bed 140cm + 2 twin beds 80cm Bedroom #2 - 1 double bed 140cm + 1 twin bed 110cm Chamber with seats and and smart TV, but no TV channels, it's for watching Netflix, Youtube or mirroring your phone to the bigger screen. Kitchen with all the modern comforts such as fridge, dishwasher, electric stove and owen + equipment for cooking. But don't underestimate an old original ´lady wood stove´ in the corner who is still functional and in your service. Madam Bathroom is special, offers you lots of space and natural light for showering, but for return requires your flexibility - 120L hot water boiler needs time to heating up the water after heavy use. Outdoor roofed sitting area is for feeling the joy of living, there the time stops and the power of presence can be experienced. If you are lucky you can see wild rabbits or foxes passing by during their early morning check-rounds, magpies doing their show dance or surprisingly you are offered some fruits or berries by our garden angel Tiiu. The house is surrounded by farmyard with fruit trees, berry bushes, flower & vegetable beds, has views to the fields and meadows.

The Host's summer house is on site and we have to take care of the vegetable beds during summer, therefore you might see us around, however we highly respect your privacy.

Sea and Maasilinna Castle are just few steps away, the sun-sets there are breathtaking. Unfortunately there's no access for swimming, the nearest beach is on Illiku Islet, the nearest supermarket and some restaurants are in Orissaare, all 3 km from Lõuka Farm House.
