Great location - in the very center of Pärnu, above the new shopping street and right next to Pärnu Concert Hall. Beautiful panoramic view. River promenade, yacht club 10 min walk. Old town across the street. Central bus station across the street. The beach - 20 min walk via old town and beach district (cafes).
