We are a company which rents out short time apartments mostly in Tallinn City Centre and Old Town. We are providing you with everything needed for a comfortable stay and help you whenever you have any questions. Our mission is to make your stay in Tallinn as pleasant as possible!

There are 4 rental apartments in a modern and freshly built Sääse 14 complex. The apartments are located on the fifth floor and there is a lift. 3 of the apartments are Studio apartments with a queen size bed. The fourth apartment is a 1-bedroom apartment. All of these apartments are fully equipped and have everything for your comfortable stay.

Neighborhood info

Apartments are located in Mustamäe area. The area is about 4 km away from the City Centre, but since there is a very good public transportation network in that neighbourhood, then exploring the town very easy and comfortable. Bus ride to the City Centre or Old Town takes about 15 minutes, even less with the car! Everything important is very near. There are multiple fitness centres, shopping centres, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, libraries, cinemas and playgrounds for kids nearby. One of Estonia's biggest university called TalTech University is just a 5 minute drive away with the car. The closest big shopping centre with cafes, restaurants and a cinema is just next to the building. For late night snack there is another big shopping centre close by which is open 24/7!
