You will enjoy this charming, professionally designed, luxurious condo in the heart of Ambato. This modern home is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Mall de los Andes. Enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the view of the volcanos and natural beauty that surrounds the area. This brand new luxury fully furnished home is ideal for visitors to Ambato whether for work or pleasure. Please note that this has stairs. The home features: A furnished open-concept living/dining room. A modern, contemporary kitchen with cookware, plates, utensils, coffee maker, and microwave. A powder room in the main floor. Two bedrooms located in the second floor of the building: The master bedroom features a queen size bed. The second bedroom features one single bed. A full and a half bathroom are also located in the same floor. You can use and enjoy free Wi-Fi internet and streaming NETFLIX Tv. Secured free parking on premises.
I am an Electronic Engineer and I have stayed in other places in houses rented by owners. This pleasant experience has encouraged me to offer this apartment for rent. It is nice to meet people from other latitudes and receive them for stay in Ambato. My apartment its well equipped, excellently located, easily accessible.
