  • When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

    The weather is very nice from mid November until mid June. July and August are nice too, but we do get some cloudy, breezy days too, but not colder than 70-75 degrees. September and October are our coldest months with clouds and breeze most days, but still very nice with no bugs.

  • Hello. I know it says on this site that pets are not allowed but I thought I would ask anyway. I am a teacher in Quito and would like to come to the beach for a few days and work from there. However I need to bring my laidback cat with me. Is it a hard no pets policy?

    Yes it's a hard no pets. Not because we don't love them, but we have 3 big dogs that don't. I hope you understand
