A recently renovated apartment set in Penville, "SunRise Inn" Nature Island Dominica features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Sunrise Inn is a secluded and cozy Furnished One Bedroom Appartment found at the top od a short hill which provide the perfect location for the Amazing views of the ocean and other neighboring landscape and landforms.
Containing a private kitchen and a private bathroom and toilet. This appartment forms part of a 2 stair Concrete building, where the appartment is located on the ground floor.
Please Note:
The furnished kitchen provides the option for Self-made Meals. But it's also Possible for Meals to Prepared by the Host when Requested.
SunRise Inn is totally surrounded by Nature with Fruit tree's, flowers, vegetables, birds and many more fFora and Fauna. It's a great environment for Nature Lovers who desire to get away for the crowd; providing a Clam and Relaxing atmosphere.
The host lives on the property; and is usually available to assist through providing information, booking taxi or helping when possible. Come Enjoy the Cool Fresh Breeze, Beautiful views, natural Fruits (when in season),; Tranquility along with Friendly Hospitality can be found at SunRise Inn. It is my pleasure to meet new people, where I able to share my culture; along with Information about my Unique Village, and the Beautiful Nature Island Dominica.
Sunrise Inn is found in the north of Dominica (parish of St. Andrew). This apartment is in a small village ideally located at the top of one of our many mountains on the island. Although the population in this village is relatively small; the area is a bit large and provides quite a few small bars, shops, snacketts. Also other conveniences like a Health Center, different Churches, post office, basketball court, playing field, game shop, barber shop, bakery etc.
Sunrise Inn is located in a very quiet area; it offers an excellent view of the sea and as the name indicates an Amazing view of the Sun rising. The sea, and surrounding mountains provide a consistent flow of tranquilizing cool breeze.
Also there are views of the island of Gaudeloupe and Marie-Glante, some of the other neighboring villages; and mountains ranges.
This apartment is surrounded by a back yard garden offering a variety of fruits, vegetables, green seasonings and; provisions.( when inmseason) along with various types of flowers.
Sunrise Inn is in close proximity to some Amazingly beautiful natural sites: Cold Soufiere ( natural bubbling cold water) , Demitrie river, Bwa Nef falls to name a few. It is also only 15 minutes drive from the second town of Dominica Porthsmouth, where the Cabrits National Park is found. The main Airport is 45 mintues drive, and one of the seaports less than 30 minutes drive from this appartment.
