The flat is suited for 1-2 couples or a family (up to 3 children) with its 2 bedrooms (double beds), 1 bathroom, a huge open-plan kitchen with both a dining area and cosy living space to unwind, plus a big sunny balcony with water views of Copenhagen's famous canals. The apartment is located in Christianshavn - a quiet residential neighborhood in Copenhagen by the water filled with greenery, cobblestone streets, cosy cafes and boutique shops, yet only a 5-10 min. walk from downtown Copenhagen. There is an elevator for your convenience. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with inbuilt wardrobe and direct access to a large sunny balcony with water views and a flowery, leafy courtyard. Take in the city ambience looking at the boats sailing by in the canal or Christian’s Church. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with inbuilt wardrobe and the option of an extra foldout single-bed or pack n’ play/travel crib upon request. For a family this is ideal as the children's room. The entry hall secured with an intercom has additional closet space. The main living space is the heart of the apartment with huge windows letting in the light 24/7 and more water views from the French balcony. The comfy sofa is yours to relax in while enjoying free WiFi or the Apple TV providing access to your favorite music and tv-shows. The open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, pans, cutlery etc. so that you can treat yourself to a glass of bubbly, home cooking, or deli goods from the nearby shops.

Christianshavn is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in central Copenhagen, ordered to be built in dutch style (canals, colorful brick houses, water) by king Christian 4th in the 1600s, thus, the historic nautical atmosphere is strong. Today, Christianshavn boasts a mixture of young families and pensioners who enjoy the central location (5 minutes to downtown Copenhagen), yet the residential feel.
