You live in the Gl. Færgehavn area in Kongsmark. Before the dam was built, Gl. a Færgehavn was the centre of passenger and goods traffic. The house is very attractively situated close to the Wadden Sea. It is well furnished and from the living room on the first floor you have a beautiful view of the fields, the mudflats, the dam and Havnebyvej. The owner provides binoculars in the house for bird watching. A good staircase leads to the sleeping loft, where there are two mattresses for sleeping. On the ground floor you will find a luxury bathroom with whirlpool and showers. One bedroom is located on the ground floor. From the well-equipped kitchen, which includes an American fridge, you can access the fenced south-facing terrace. The house is also equipped with an energy-saving infrared heating system. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
