Lejligheden på 12. etage, er nyrenoveret og indrettet i en moderne og hyggelig stil. Hele lejligheden udlejes. Rummer køkkenalrum, to soveværelser, 4 senge, badeværelse, en entre samt to altaner med helt fantastisk udsigt over kanalen samt København City. Herudover er der adgang til en stor tagterrasse på 13. etage. Lejlighedens placering er unik, da du kan opleve Københavns pulserende liv efterfulgt af afslapning i lejlighedens rolige og hyggelige omgivelser på 12. sal. Stort Fisketorvet Shopping Mall og Cinema lige rundt om hjørnet. Bådbussen fra hovedindgangen fører dig til Nyhavn, operaen mm.
Velkommen, jeg hedder William Vinther Jeg er 43 år og bor i denne skønne lejlighed med unik udsigt over København. Det er vigtigt for mig, at der er plads til mine gæster og at de føler sig hjemme. Derfor er der rent og nydeligt, plads til dit tøj og det du skal bruge i køkkenet og på badeværelset. Derudover er her SMART TV med tyske kanaler mm., brætspil og WiFi i hele lejligheden. Jeg er altid ved telefonen og klar til at hjælpe dig med gode råd om nabolaget og København. Derudover har lejligheden guide maps og diverse information til turisme, offentlig transport i København mm. Islands Brygge og København indeholder alt hvad en storby indeholder af museer, restauranter, sightseeing osv. så man kommer ikke til at kede sig:-) Hvis du elsker ture i grønne områder ligger der et stort grønt område "Amager fælled" lige rundt om hjørnet. Derudover er her mange dagligvare butikker og et stort shopping mall.
