Surrounded by lakes and woodland, the Waldsee Ferienpark is located in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, in the peaceful Oberharz region and in the middle of the World Cultural Heritage “Oberharzer Wasserregal”. It offers an Italian restaurant, and country-style bungalows with free Wi-Fi. The large bungalows with wooden furnishing feature separate living and sleeping areas. All have a fully-equipped kitchen and TV, and some feature a garden with terrace. The Italian restaurant "Ristorante Lucania" serves a selection of Italian and international dishes. The Ferienpark am Waldsee’s traditional restaurant, “Zum Ferienpark”, serves a range of German and international cuisine. Guests can relax with a drink in the garden and enjoy views of the Oberharz countryside. Guests can swim, canoe or go fishing in the Unterer Haus-Herzberger Lake, 1640 feet from the Waldsee Feriendienst „Ferienpark Waldsee”. Clausthal-Zellerfeld’s Market Church, the largest wooden church in Germany, is a 10-minute drive away. Braunschweig is a 50-minute drive away via the nearby A7 motorway. Parking is free at the Ferienpark.
