Villa Mara is a villa steeped in history, quietly located on the edge of the forest. Located directly on the landscape protection area with the Harzer BaudenSteig and the karst hiking trail, you will find pure nature with a great relaxation factor. If you want more action, you can reach the leisure and adventure pool with indoor and outdoor leisure pools, wave pool and slides, wellness area with saunas and treatment rooms in just a few minutes, which promises lots of fun and action. In addition, the city is known nationally for its small, traffic-calmed shopping mile with a great atmosphere, many specialist shops and boutiques. The shopping “boulevard” invites you to go on an extensive shopping spree. You can also enjoy a variety of delicacies in cafés, restaurants and pubs or try typical Harz dishes in the forest huts. Whether walks through the large spa gardens, hikes on many hiking trails or mountain biking through the magical Harz mountains, shopping on the shopping mile or many traditional events, Bad Lauterberg in the Harz is worth a trip at any time of year and will make your Harz holiday an experience become!
My name is Claudie Petermann, I was born and grew up in Bad Lauterberg. As an architect for many years, I am interested in houses, especially old villas. The villa has been in my possession since 2011, it was converted and the “Villa Mara” was created with three feel-good holiday apartments for single travelers, couples and families. I have been working as a landlord since 2012 and am passionate and happy about it. Because it is my personal concern to make all guests in my holiday apartments happy and to give them a relaxing holiday.
