This flat is 65 square meters large and has: - 1 bedroom with large double bed (1,80 meters wide) plus a mini balcony - 1 large living room with large balcony and large unfoldable sleeping couch for 2 persons plus large dining table - Bathroom with bathtub - Kitchen (oven is only activated after payment of a separate cleaning deposit of 100 Euros) All rooms have a TV, free WI-FI and phones including free LAND-LINE calls within Germany. Please note that this apartment is part of a larger apartment that was split into two by putting two extra separating doors. After entering the flat, the sub-apartments have separating doors that can be locked. Please note that there is a security camera covering the entrance corridor before entering your space. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY VISITORS. We are private hosts and ONLY BOOKED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PREMISES. PLEASE note that immediately after booking, you will receive an automatic message from us with IMPORTANT INFORMATION in your booking dot com mailbox or in your connected mail account.
