The 40sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a well-kept apartment building in the second row (very quiet). The apartment I have recently renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. It has a high-quality kitchen, daylight bathroom, spacious and bright living / dining area, bedroom, fast WLAN (250 Mbits), view into the green garden and a covered terrace facing west. This invites you to relax especially on sunny days. Sufficient parking spaces are available on the street. 900m and you are at the park Auensee with the lake of the same name.

Neighborhood info

The apartment building is located in a leafy backyard and it is very well-kept and quiet. On the nearby Georg-Schumann-Straße you can find stores for daily needs, restaurants and cafes. 900m and you are at the park Auensee with the lake of the same name. You can park for free in Paul-Ernst-Straße or in Hopfenbergstraße (the street before you turn into Paul-Ernst-Straße). There are enough parking spaces available. If you stand in front of the passage to the backyard and look to the left, you will see the main street (Georg-Schumann-Straße). There is an S-Bahn stop. Not 50m further to the right/north (crossing Georg-Schuhmann-Straße to Hopfenbergstraße) there is a bus stop.
