The bedroom (like the entire flat) can be completely darkened using internal roller blinds. This guarantees restful sleep for you and your loved ones. In the large living/dining area, you will find the large and comfortable pull-out couch in the centre. Two more people can sleep comfortably on it. The sofa with a large Smart TV is also the central focal point for a nice evening alone, as a couple or with your family. The living/dining area also has an extendable dining table for up to 4 people, a cosy reading corner with wing chair and a practical home office area. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for cooking. There is also crockery and cutlery for 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower. It also has a large washer-dryer (washing machine with dryer function included). The flat is very close to nature. You can take wonderful walks in the countryside. The highlight par excellence is the Turmberg, from where you have a perfect view over the entire city. The flat is also perfectly connected to the centre of Karlsruhe and the old town of Durlach via the "Ellmendinger Straße" stop. You can be in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the city in just a few minutes. Cars can be parked on the street in the immediate neighbourhood. The "Weber bakery" is an institution in Durlach and only a few metres away from the flat. Supermarkets and a dm supermarket are just a few minutes away.
