Property info

Reetraum Prerow wurde von uns bis Mai 2021 liebevoll saniert und neu gestaltet. Das ortstypische Haus mit blauer Holzverschalung weißt ein großes Reetdach mit Fledermausgauben und die charakteristischen Darßer Türen auf. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Naturstraße. Bis zum Ortskern sind es trotzdem nur 600 Meter. Die geräumigen und hellen Wohnungen bieten Platz für 1-4 Personen und verfügen über modernsten Wohnkomfort mit voll ausgestatteten Küchen und großen Bädern. Der Einrichtungsstil ist leicht-modern und geprägt von natürlichen Materialien. Ein Teil der Wohnungen verfügen über Balkone, Terrassen und individuelle Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Dampfbad und Regendusche. Die Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss sind über eine individuelle Außentür zugänglich. Wir legen Wert auf eine individuelle Betreuung und versuchen Ihre Wünsche nach Kräften zu berücksichtigen. Bitte wenden Sie sich bei Fragen in Bezug auf Kinder- oder Zustellbetten gerne jederzeit direkt an uns. Selbstverständlich steht schnelles WLAN zur Verfügung; bequem und ohne Passwort. Parkplätze sind für alle Wohnungen in ausreichender Zahl direkt am Haus vorhanden.

Neighborhood info

Der ReetTraum Prerow liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral an einer kaum befahrenen Naturstraße. In rund 600m finden Sie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. EDEKA, Bäckerei Groth) und eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Cafes. Der breite Sandstrand und die Seebrücke von Prerow sind nur 800m entfernt. Für Tagestouren mit dem Fahrrad bieten sich der Darßer Ort oder die Boddengemeinde Wieck an.
