A 10-minute drive from sandy beaches, this hotel in Panker offers elegant rooms. It features a sauna and t2 restaurants on site, including a Michelin-star restaurant. Hotel Ole Liese provides bright, individually furnished rooms with white, Scandinavian style flooring. A country-style, à la carte breakfast is included in the room rate. For your other meals, choose between gourmet French cuisine in the 1797 restaurant or simple, traditional dishes in the Ole Liese Wirtschaft restaurant. Right outside the Hotel Ole Liese, you will find hiking trails which take you through beautiful meadows and forests. The hotel also offers bicycles for hire. Spend a day at the Baltic coast, or enjoy a day trip in the Holstein Switzerland nature park and explore its many lakes and forests.

Reservation is essential for the 1797 gourmet restaurant or for the Ote Liese Wirtschaft traditional restaurant.
Breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 10:30.
The 1797 restaurant is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and only from April to October.
The Ole Liese Wirtschaft restaurant is closed on Mondays. It is also closed on Tuesdays from October to April.
Due to limited capacities, table reservations are recommended.
