The completely renovated and newly furnished 80 sqm 3 ZKB apartment is located on the third floor of a multi-family building with 6 residential units. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and 2 large single beds (120 cm x 200 cm) and each with an open closet. The large bedroom is additionally equipped with a desk, which you can use as a workplace. The windows in both bedrooms can be darkened. In the open living area you will find a comfortable couch and other seating. You will also find a large Samsung Smart TV (IPTV), fast internet (WIFI 6 capable) and free NETFLIX, Sky (Entertainment Plus & Cinema) and Disney+ access. The Sky soundbar on the TV provides you with a good sound during a cozy movie night. In addition, a BOSE Bluetooth speaker, board games and books / magazines are at your disposal. In the fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, induction stove and oven is a cozy dining table where four people can sit. The fully automatic coffee machine filled with fresh coffee beans and the external milk frother conjure up wonderful espresso, caffè crema or cappuccino at the touch of a button. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, toaster and a hand blender. The first batch of coffee and various teas are ready for you free of charge. In the small bathroom you can shower in a shower bath or take a relaxing bath. A hairdryer is also available. You have your own parking space in our fenced courtyard. We are happy to welcome you personally until about 6 pm, but you can also check in yourself at any time (key box). In the courtyard is also our small Kassel city apiary. We would be happy if you visit us there as well.

On site we are always available as a contact person, also our favorite places and tips for your stay we will gladly pass on if necessary. During your stay we would like to invite you to a guided tour of our city honey apiary including honey tasting. Please contact us to make an appointment if you would like to do so. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No parties. Since in the house also other tenants live, must be on the general nightly quiet hours (22:00 to 6:00 clock - Sundays to 9:00 clock).

The apartment is located directly on the university campus, across from the music department building. You can reach the clinic in a few minutes on foot (via Mombachstrasse). In 200 meters you are at the Fulda and can, in about 10 minutes, walk directly along the Fulda towards the city center (Renthof / Markthalle). The Wesertor is a lively and colorful neighborhood with a student milieu, cafes, pubs as well as dining and good breakfast options. If it is getting late in the evening, you can stop by at Café Hurrican, where you can have a delicious breakfast until 1 pm. The apartment is 15 km from the airport Kassel (Calden) and 7 km from the train station Wilhelmshöhe. You can take the streetcar directly from Wilhelmshöhe station to the apartment.
