The spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is perfect for families or groups. In the heart of the apartment, the cozy living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch with your fellow travelers. Movie nights are no problem thanks to the free 55-inch smart TV and Netflix access. You won't miss anything in the kitchen thanks to top equipment. In addition to all cooking utensils, you will find a fully automatic coffee machine and spices. The large dining table in the kitchen offers enough space to eat, work and be together. The two bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. In the first large bedroom you will find 1 queen size bed and in the second room two more queen size beds, all 160x200cm. Thanks to cozy bed linen in hotel quality and blackout blinds, nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep. You can store your clothes in the wardrobe, the chest of drawers or hang them on the clothes rail. The daylight bathroom offers a shower and everything you need for your stay. Of course, we will provide you with fresh and soft towels upon your arrival.

The apartment is located in one of the most central districts of Kassel and has a lot to offer. You are in the immediate vicinity of the state park Karlsaue, where you can go for a walk and experience a piece of the stately Kassel. In the neighborhood of the apartment you will also find great cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets. The streetcar stop "Am Weinberg" is just around the corner, so you can also reach the city center in about 3 minutes. The apartment is located in the Südstadt of Kassel in a quiet side street. You can park your car free of charge on the street. The streetcar stop "Am Weinberg" is 250m away from the apartment.
