Our apartments are the ideal place for a pleasant short or long-term stay in Leipzig, whether for business or pleasure. 83 modern apartments that offer you everything you need to feel completely comfortable and at home. All apartments have a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, as well as a living area with a modular bed that can be used as a bed or as a sofa. High-speed internet, TV, room cleaning (once a week) are included. All our apartments are one-room apartments with a bathroom. We are an apartment building and not a hotel. There is no traditional reception and for stays of less than 7 nights, tourist services such as room cleaning, change of bed linen or new towels, etc. are only offered on request during the stay. For longer periods, the rooms will of course be cleaned and towels changed. In the interests of sustainability, we have decided not to air-condition the buildings. To protect against solar radiation, all apartments have external blinds and opaque curtains.
