We have been active in the short-term rental sector with our small family business MEL&BENS APARTMENTS since 2020 and actually come from the nursing sector. We currently operate eight accommodations in various districts of Bremen. We take great pleasure in providing our guests with a pleasant stay and introducing them to our city in the most diverse places in Bremen. Each flat is furnished by us with a lot of passion and commitment in a very individual way and should give all guests the same feeling - FEELING AT HOME!

The accommodation has three rooms, kitchen and bathroom with a total of 75 square metres. All rooms lead off the central hallway. Two bedrooms each have a king-size double bed with a width of 180 cm. In the living room, the 5th and 6th person can sleep on a cosy and easy-to-use sofa bed. The small, fully equipped kitchen has a bar table with seating for two, while the dining room table in the living room can seat 6 people. There is a small balcony off the kitchen, so you can eat outside in good weather. The modern bathroom has a shower with rainwater function.

The accommodation is located in Bremen's Findorff district, a popular and lively residential area characterised by its mix of urban flair and green surroundings. The location offers excellent connections to both Bremen city centre and the surrounding recreational areas. There are numerous shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, including supermarkets, bakeries and small speciality shops. The Findorffmarkt, one of Bremen's most popular weekly markets, is also very close by and offers fresh, regional produce. The nearby Bürgerpark and the neighbouring city forest are ideal for walking, jogging or cycling. The park also offers numerous leisure facilities such as boat hire, mini golf and playgrounds, ideal for families and nature lovers. Findorff has a lively cultural scene with various cafés, restaurants and bars. For those interested in culture, Bremen's Schlachthof cultural centre is just a short walk away and regularly hosts concerts, theatre performances and other events. Bremen city centre, with its famous sights such as the Bremen Roland, the Bremen Town Musicians and the historic Schnoor district, is within easy reach. Bremen's Überseestadt district with its modern architecture and maritime atmosphere is also not far away.
