This spacious and light-filled apartment, featuring breathtaking views of the Weser River, offers 100 m² of pure comfort and luxury. The apartment has everything you could wish for, from two large box spring beds to a dream kitchen and two balconies with direct water views. The apartment boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator, a washing machine, and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. For your convenience, towels and bed linens are provided. Additionally, a parking space in the underground garage is available, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

The accommodation is located directly on the Weser River in a quiet and relaxing area. A beach and a charming little lighthouse are within walking distance. Additionally, there is a REWE supermarket and a small park with various recreational activities such as football, basketball, and more, all just a 5-minute walk away. A very good restaurant (Riva) and a sky bar are just 200 meters away. Bus line 26 stops right in front of the building. The Harbour Museum Speicher XI is less than 1 km from the apartment, and the Waterfront Bremen shopping center is an 18-minute walk away. The nearest airport is 5 km from the apartment.
