Cosy living behind historic walls with industrial charm in the heart of Leipzig's southern suburbs. The cosy loft flat "Verde" is located in a listed industrial ensemble, has a room size of approx. 25 sqm and, in addition to the living room and bedroom, also has a functional kitchen and a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower. There is also a small built-in wardrobe for clothes behind a door in the room. Our flats, close to the vibrant "Karli", are perfect for city lovers and directly connected to the public transport network with tram and S-Bahn.

Our two apartments "Verde" and "Aqua", are part of a listed industrial ensemble in which our design agency "Dreipunkt" is also located. Therefore, the check-in for both apartments takes place within our agency rooms and opening hours. The entrance to the agency is located directly at Körnerstraße 56 on the right side of the building. Our agency is open from 9:00 - 18:00 o'clock.

In our apartment you will find all amenities. The industrial charm of the former resident companies has been maintained after the renovation of the building complex. Not far from the apartment you will find the busy Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Excursions to the Leipzig lake district are on your to-do list while you are a guest in Messestadt. The historic Bavarian railway station with its S-Bahn station is only a few hundred metres away.
