The apartment is particularly energy efficient and offers free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, a central ventilation system and is modern yet timelessly furnished. A private garden with a view of the lake and Women's Island offers a chance to retreat after an eventful day. The bright living and dining area offers a view of the outdoors on its terrace, greenery and water thanks to the 6m2 panoramic window. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pots, cookery cutlery, coffee maker, egg and kettle. Soap & shower gel in the bathroom are without microplastic. Especially soft towels & bed linen are included. A free parking space in front of the house is reserved for our guests. BATHING & WATER SPORTS Along the shore you will find many well-kept beach resorts. 150m away is our nearest bathing access in Gstadt with Schwimminsel and Kletterberg. Single hidden bathing bays are 10min. away. On the Chiemsee sailors and surfers use the good wind conditions. Also canoes, paddle boats and pedal boats can be rented on site in Gstadt. SKI & MOUNTAINS You can choose from many interesting destinations and outdoor activities for every taste and every constitution. In winter you can look forward to the annual Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding, perfectly groomed cross-country trails and winter hiking trails as well as the nearby ski area Winklmoos, Steinplatte, Kampenwand or St. Johann Tirol. Since the lake is also now and then gefrohren, you can then also curling or just walk on the Fraueninsel. BICYCLE The region around the Chiemsee is very scenic and the perfect terrain for active vacationers not only due to a well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails. Ambitious cyclists have the choice of mountain biking to climb numerous nearby hills, mountains and alpine huts.
