You will stay in between the bustling lifelines of the trendy West and South-West, the Karl-Heine-Straße and the Könneritzstraße (the so call Kö!) with their wide range of diverse cultural (Lofft, Theater der Jungen Welt, Muko, Schaubühne, Westwerk, Spinnerei, Schauburg, Cineding) and culinary places, their trendy shops and markets and their special nightlife. The RB-Arena, the stadium of Bundesliga club RB Leipzig, and the Arena Leipzig, the biggest concert and indoor sports hall are 20 to 25 minutes walk distance or 10 minutes by tram away. It is a two-minute walk to the tram stops Holbeinstrasse (lines 1 and 2) on Könneritzstrasse and Alte Strasse (line 14) on Karl-Heine-Strasse. Rental bikes (Next-Bike) are available at the Holbeinstrasse tram stop. Anyone arriving by car can use our car park free of charge, which is approx. 300 meters away from the apartment.

The apartment has WiFi and an internet connection with 1,000 Mbit/s. The rest of the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. In the bedroom there is a 180 cm wide double bed, a 55" flat screen TV with HbbTV (media libraries), a large wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. In the closed living room (no walk-through room to the bathroom) there is a wide sofa, which can be converted into another with a flick of the wrist a comfortable 170 cm wide double bed, a dining table for four people, a 55" flat screen TV with video and media libraries, a desk and a large chest of drawers and - on request - a baby bed. The kitchen, accessible from the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, a hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle as well as a generous amount of dishes and cookware. A spacious balcony leads off from the living room, where four people can comfortably have breakfast together at the balcony table. The large daylight bathroom with walk-in shower and designer washbasin invites you to relax.
