Our studios and apartments are located in a historic building that was originally constructed as a "Jägerkaserne" (Hunter’s Barracks) in the style of Karlsruhe Palace. After World War II, the building was used by French troops as an officers' club before being transformed into a modern hotel. Today, it shines with new life, and during the roof renovation, we focused on sustainability by installing solar panels for long-term renewable energy, all while preserving the building’s historical heritage and adhering to conservation guidelines. Each unit is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette, including a refrigerator, dishes, and a capsule coffee machine. All rooms come fully stocked with bedding, towels, and additional amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. In the basement, guests have access to washing machines and dryers. An iron and ironing board can be delivered to your unit upon request. On-site parking is available directly in front of the building, and there is a separate bicycle storage area equipped with outlets for e-bikes. In October of this year, we upgraded our entire WiFi infrastructure, and we now offer high-speed internet throughout the property. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Rhine baths and 20 minutes to the city center.

We are relatively centrally located, with the Kaufland supermarket just 5 minutes away. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Rhine baths and 15 to 20 minutes to the city center. The nearby Konstanz thermal baths are a great place to relax and unwind.
